I presume MA had the 2009 ASBK draft supp. regs. for review quite some time before they were published. You can even see the editorial changes in red that were not approved prior to it being converted into a pdf.

I presume MA have a list of checks before they approve a series supp. regs. Issues with ABN, Event Permits and insurances should be resolved by this stage of the game.

It would be interesting to see if clause 49 was inlcuded by MA or the promoter.

A clause that was bound to cause some much contention should have been fourmlated in CONSULTATION with the teams and representatives from Privateers. Funny how we all got a survey from MA at Winton last year in an attempt to shaft the last promoter of the SBK series at the time and yet we can't be consulted on a fundamental change in testing for the 2009 ASBK.

MA need to issue a clarification statement regarding this clause, I won't however hold my breath waiting for that one.

Vote with you feet people, do the FX series there is no "testing" clause 49 with Formula Xtreme.
